Top 25 Greatest Villains by TIME

came across this page today so wanted to share it and give some comments about it

Palpatine // Darth Sidious
In my eyes, a good played villain in a movie can mean more than the lead actor. Throughout the history of cinematography there have been many kinds of different villains. Here is an interesting list that TIME made. I pretty much agree with there list :) However, there are many more (sometimes funny) villains that should have been included perhaps ^^

Hannibal Lecter

  14. Palpatine over The Joker?

I expected palpatine to die from old age during the movies..

  15. I liked Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman. My favourite is Hannibal Lecter but why isn't the Joker there..

  16. Wat... bomb pic. I've never seen it before.

  17. Uh HELLO??? Heath Ledger as The Joker! Fucking Time! What a stupid mistake!

I think Liev Schreiber did a really good job as Sabretooth, but not top 25.

Kevin Spacey in Se7en, Nicholas Cage and John Travolta as Castor Troy... All I can think of for now.

  18. I agree with Heath Ledger as Joker,he was good and Hannibal is the most scary one.
    Me and my thinking cap

  19. Another vote for Heath Ledger. He was amazing in that role. As for Catwoman... wha?

  20. M.Bison from the Street Fighter movie =D

  21. Peter Stormare as Gaear Grimsrud in Fargo was great villain.

  31. darth vader on a day off. great

    and nice list

  32. Hannibal Lecter is definately the #1.

  33. sweet

    faloowing and supporting

  34. Two of the best for me are:-
Khan Noonien Singh (Ricardo Montalban) from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
Alex DeLarge (Malcolm McDowell) from A Clockwork Orange

  35. I'm surprised nobody said:

Biff Tannen, Back to the Future series. He's mean to Marty for the sole reason of being mean to Marty. Nothing to gain, just evil for the sake of being evil. Everyone else has an ulterior motive: Palpatine wants to control the galaxy, the Terminator is programmed to kill John/Sarah Connor, but Biff just wants to be mean.

  36. Bleh can't edit, but it was George, not Marty, whom Biff bullied.

  37. some of these are good, lecter for sure.

  38. Hahaha. Epic. I still don't see why Darth Vader is so intimidating...
