Red Riding Hood // New Trailer
plot:
"Set in a medieval village that is haunted by a werewolf, a young girl falls for an orphaned woodcutter, much to her family's displeasure."
When I first saw the trailer I thought it might be interesting. The plot looks okay, actors also. However, the only thing that kinda questions me is will be it similar to twilight(which I can't stand). It has the same director. I can only hope this turns out to be okay at least.
Here's the trailer:
P.S. anyone who is following me and I am not following him please write your url in the comments or at least say follow me and I can find you through your name =] Thanks!

I like this dark medieval approach to Red Riding Hood. But for some reason I'm getting a twilight vibe from this trailer probably because it is the same director lol
ReplyDeleteThis should be an amazing experience such an old story in such a new interpretation
ReplyDeleteFrom the director of twilight.... Right....
ReplyDeleteMovie looks great but I'm quite skeptical because of the other unnecesary remakes being done.
i hope this one wont end up like alice in wonderland
ReplyDeletei HATE these types of movies. Definitely WILL NOT see.
ReplyDeletehaha, such an awesome poster

check me out dawg
I loved both trailers, and the visual aspect of the film, even though I think Hardwicke is a bad director. And plus Amanda is such a sweet actress
ReplyDeleteThe Werewolf will be played by Taylor Lautner. And while Red Reding hood tries to escape suddenly a vampire named Edward Cullen appears and beats the werewolf the death. The rest of the 2hours will be filled with a lovestory between vampire and red riding hood. The girl suddenly is in danger because a wild horse coach was going to trample her, but the vampire jumped and pushed the coach away. And then they discover a whole group of wherewolves and that's for in the second movie
ReplyDeletegod, give the movie to me and i'll change the whole concept.
I think I'll wait for dvd.
ReplyDeleteEhh Redbox perhaps
ReplyDeletemight check it out looks ok

medieval version of twilight? no thank you
ReplyDeleteThat looks like it is gonna be good. Supported.
ReplyDeleteI hate twilight aswell, don't know about this.
ReplyDeleteat first I was like "meh" but then I was like "is that Gary fucking Oldman?" Sold
ReplyDeleteOne man can never save a whole sinking ship.
ReplyDeleteWait
did you say Gary Oldman?
HE DOES
Haha, he might!
ReplyDeleteDoesn't look half bad
ReplyDeleteThat looks exactly like twilight. Pass.
ReplyDeleteYou hate twilight..me too:) Whatz with the frozen section guy who glows in sun? - I am happy that he is nominated for Razzie, I definitely want him to win tht. Not all guys born with fangs can become hot vampires..
ReplyDeleteAnd the kids with lastname Cullen are couples and have same dad :) How long greekgod body Jacob and Bella can save the movie? And plz no more sequels.
What happened to hollywood, y are they making new tasteless dishes from leftovers? Or they try something new? Alice in wonderland - I tried to watch it 4 times - trust me 4 times and everytime I fell asleep without watching the end..
Conceptually the movie sounds intriguing, but I think it probably will be capitalizing on the Twilight craze. I might watch it when it comes to DVD.

The same director? Great, there go my hopes for this movie. You can't possibly think it's gonna be any different right? The person in charge of these movies already has their set formula for money making and their gonna follow it for as long as it works.
ReplyDeleteThe village part2. Can't wait!!!
ReplyDeleteI was almost on this movie
ReplyDeleteFollowing and supporting,
come get player skills for the ladies

ReplyDeleteAll I have to hear is 'directed by the person who directed Twilight' to know I will hate this. :(
ReplyDeleteI'm not expecting much from this film, just hope Hardwicke can do something better than her previous. My preview for this also will be up soon.
ReplyDeletethis looks pretty damn sweet. and its jan 27th for this guy omg he is from the future!
ReplyDeletehoodies are on vouge, it seems

looks cool
ReplyDeleteWow, seriously used so many of the same shots and practically lines as Twilight. I understand it's the same person but even so :/
ReplyDeleteoh wow this movie looks so bland and terrible. It's trying to be twilight, which is already bland and terrible lol
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to this because I like the actors in it, but I don't have that high of expectations, who knows though, hopefully I'll come out of the movie happy for once! Nice post :D
ReplyDeleteI think they're starting to over do this type of film - and they all seem much the same to me
ReplyDeleteCool post though
looks great. looking forward to see it
ReplyDeletewhat the hell, that looks exactly like twilight. so not only is the story borrowed from a fairy tale, but the director based the acting on another movie she made that was based on a book? aflakjsnviounawlkn
ReplyDeletelooks good to me, i'd see it, and i think you already follow me but if not the link is in my profile.
ReplyDeleteThe poster is gorgeous. The trailer looks all right.

I also liked the dark vibe, but I agree that there's no way I'm going to go see something that's main advertising point is "From the director of Twilight"...
ReplyDeleteLooks ok but I will probably wait for the DVD
ReplyDeleteBtw the poster is cool
Whoever thought you could make such an epic-ly entertaining looking blockbuster film out of something like Little Red Riding Hood. Whoa.
