Captain America The First Avenger // Trailer update

Once again who hasn't seen the side to side review take a look at the two links! prestige-vs-illusionist-part-1  &  prestige-vs-illusionist-part-2

I know probably many blogs are talking about Captain America, but I had to do the same since the trailer was shown yesterday!


plot:
"After being deemed unfit for military service, Steve Rogers volunteers for a top secret research project that turns him into Captain America, a superhero dedicated to defending America's ideals. "

I think this movie doesn't need much explaining :) Most of you have read the comic book. All I can say is that the lead role is Chris Evans and it seems he fits for it. Other actors are Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci... The director is Joe Johnston, out of all that he has done probably my favorite is Jumanji!

Anyway the movie is coming out 22 july 2011! Soon! Enjoy the trailer!

    Love how they designed the costume. I wonder if this will be as good as Batman Begins/The Dark Knight and the first IronMan?

    i am a bit nervous about seeing Chris Evans as captain america, because he has always been cast as a dopey character in other movies.. maybe this will help him break that image into a legitimate action star, because he sure got big for this role.

    That first pic looks a little goofy, but then again so does ol Cap! I'm looking forward to it, although this is the first time I've seen the preview.

    the tv spot was flat for me, but I expect from a real trailer to bring us more fun and excitement, not that watching Chris Evans semi naked isn't exciting enough he he ... :)

    Whoa, that trailer looks much better than I thought it would. Love that it's set in the 1950s and not a modern day rehash.

    The trailer was very limiting in details, particularly the grandiose story arcs. I am a fan of the original Captain America comic book storyline, so I'm hoping for the best. Plus, I realize, the cost of a 30 sec. super bowl spot is enormous, thus the trailer had to be short.
