Once again who hasn't seen the side to side review take a look at the two links! prestige-vs-illusionist-part-1 & prestige-vs-illusionist-part-2
I know probably many blogs are talking about Captain America, but I had to do the same since the trailer was shown yesterday!
plot:
"After being deemed unfit for military service, Steve Rogers volunteers for a top secret research project that turns him into Captain America, a superhero dedicated to defending America's ideals. "
I think this movie doesn't need much explaining :) Most of you have read the comic book. All I can say is that the lead role is Chris Evans and it seems he fits for it. Other actors are Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones, Stanley Tucci... The director is Joe Johnston, out of all that he has done probably my favorite is Jumanji!
Anyway the movie is coming out 22 july 2011! Soon! Enjoy the trailer!
This movie is going to be epic!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for this!
ReplyDeleteLove how they designed the costume. I wonder if this will be as good as Batman Begins/The Dark Knight and the first IronMan?
ReplyDeleteLooks kinda cool, not a huge comic book fan tho

i am a bit nervous about seeing Chris Evans as captain america, because he has always been cast as a dopey character in other movies.. maybe this will help him break that image into a legitimate action star, because he sure got big for this role.

I love Chris Evans, hopefully they'll do CA justice.
ReplyDeleteHeh, Captain America. So many super hero movies... this one tho, this one I want to see. >:3
ReplyDeletethis looks jaw dropping. i can't wait
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to it.
ReplyDeleteThat first pic looks a little goofy, but then again so does ol Cap! I'm looking forward to it, although this is the first time I've seen the preview.
ReplyDeleteReally hope this is good. Anticipating.
ReplyDeleteI hope it won't be a dissapointment. Hollywood usually fucks things up
ReplyDeleteNot a huge fan but it does look pretty cool. I might see it if I have the chance.
ReplyDeleteThat picture looks so badass, cant wait to see the movie.
ReplyDeleteThe trailers were the best commercials last night!
ReplyDeleteOK, it's got potential but never been a fan of Captain America.
ReplyDeletereally mirin his aesthetics
ReplyDeleteSorry, Doo, I find this trailer boring. Unless there's a heatwave with nothing else showing don't think I'll be there.
ReplyDeletethe tv spot was flat for me, but I expect from a real trailer to bring us more fun and excitement, not that watching Chris Evans semi naked isn't exciting enough he he ... :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like I won't be seeing this in theatres.
ReplyDeleteI want to see the longer trailer. Most of these images I have already seen.
ReplyDeletelooks good, cant wait.
ReplyDeleteFINALLY!!!

I guess we'll see... kinda skeptical about this one.
ReplyDeletehow many superheroes and how many comic heroes? god!
ReplyDeleteEvery Captain America adaptation i've seen just fails....I so hope this one doesn't
ReplyDeleteMovie looks awesome, they def picked the right people for it!
ReplyDeleteWhoa, that trailer looks much better than I thought it would. Love that it's set in the 1950s and not a modern day rehash.
ReplyDeleteThe trailer was very limiting in details, particularly the grandiose story arcs. I am a fan of the original Captain America comic book storyline, so I'm hoping for the best. Plus, I realize, the cost of a 30 sec. super bowl spot is enormous, thus the trailer had to be short.
ReplyDeleteCan not wait for this :D
ReplyDeletei'll be watching this, but probably not in theatres. i wanna see it, but i'm just too damn cheap
ReplyDeleteWell this looks awesome!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about this movie! until you told me and I saw the trailer on the super bowl hah.
ReplyDeletei really dont know... this movie looks low budget
ReplyDeletei cant wait for this to come out!
ReplyDeleteI so can't wait for this movie to come out. It's gonna be a great midnight release
ReplyDeletei saw the trailer it's nice,i like Chris Evans
ReplyDeleteI think I'm experiencing super hero burn out.
